Internet Telephony: Migration Planning / Audit

Is your company looking to connect your existing operations to VoIP?  Jade Networks can help by evaluating your current infrastructure. from equipment to existing telecommunication circuits, providing a smoother migration plan to VoIP.

Current Equipment

A migration to a VoIP solution does not necessarily mean all your existing equipment will become obsolete.  Often existing network infrastructure can be preserved and simply enhanced to accomodate the new types of services.

Telecommunications Circuits

Depending upon the location as well as existing WAN infrastructure in place, it may be possible to preserve existing solutions.  For example a small office in Hong Kong connected by high speed DSL can probably leverage off the existing connection, with the possible addition of simple traffic shaping to ensure proper QoS for VoIP traffic.

The same customer, if in the Philippines, likely will not be able to use the existing circuits, and local leased lines solutions may be necessary to guarantee around the clock consistency in call quality.

Customers using IPLC (International Private Leased Circuits) may be able to significantly reduce costs and increase flexibility by a shift to properly managed bandwidth - especially if the connection terminates in a local or regional VoIP switch.

Jade Networks will evaluate current customer infrastructure, current public infrastructure options, to establish an approach that best matches the business objectives of the customer.
